ScrambleClip attaches to the 1-Inch square front vertical golf cart strut. The 3/4-inch insert allows you to use the ScrambleClip on older 3/4-Inch golf cart struts when used in conjunction with the ScrambleClip. Does not require a magnet or spring clamp.
